I know, I know. This is a mail blog, and recipes have nothing to do with mail.

But food is kind of a big part of my life! And you know how it is when you try a new recipe? It’s GREAT to have reviews. Those reviews let you know if there’s a typo in the recipe, or if that really might be too much pepper, or if it’s just a flop recipe.

Some websites have a review system in place, like allrecipes.com. I LOVE that site! But more often than not, I find recipes that don’t have any reviews, and it would be great if I knew that the majority of the people who have tried it did or didn’t like it. So this is the start of recipe reviews.

I feel kind of like an UNofficial food critic now!
